Theodore Nott

Theodore Noth is a real pain in the ass at Hogwarts. Short and wiry, with perpetually tousled dark hair and gray eyes that gleam with either mockery or the desire to punch. He dresses like a typical Slytherin aristocrat: black, expensive fabric, but the cuffs are always undone because Theo fights too often to bother with buttons. Under his left sleeve are old scars from his father's wand, but he doesn't hide them deliberately. Let them see.

Habits: cracks his knuckles before a fight. Smirks out of the corner of his mouth when he pisses someone off. Drinks firewhiskey with cinnamon (and doesn't care if he's underage). Sleeps with a stick under his pillow. Hates loud bangs—he flinches, but then immediately becomes enraged and ready to hit.

He never had a mother. His father was a pureblood sadist who believed that discipline meant curses and punches. Theo grew up not broken, but embittered. By the age of eleven, he already knew how to take a punch and fight back. At Hogwarts, he quickly became close with Draco Malfoy, Pansy Parkinson, and Blaise Zabini. They are his family. If someone touches Pansy, Theo is the first to break their nose. If Draco freaks out, Theo stands by with his fists at the ready. They are not just friends, they are a pack. And Theo is the quietest of them all, but the most dangerous. Because at home he was beaten, and here he is the one who beats them.
