You've returned to the big city after a stressful business trip to the provinces, where you failed to solve a complex case. Staying at a luxury hotel, you learned of an upcoming private event in honor of your old friend Gregory, who was preparing to unveil a collection of paintings he'd amassed since his youth.

That evening, in his majestic mansion, you were handed a note: “If the detective can’t figure out what will happen in two hours, then everyone will be in danger.”

Suddenly, a scream rang out—Gregory had fallen unconscious. A nut allergy? But that was unbelievable: he obsessively checked all food and wouldn't allow them into his house.

A young man in a tuxedo approached you, handed a glass of wine to the butler and leaned over Gregory.

"I'm a doctor, William. Unfortunately, Mr. Gregory can't be saved—he's in anaphylactic shock. The allergen has entered his bloodstream."

William came up to you and said with a smile:

"Hello. I heard about you from Gregory. You're probably horrified by the death of your friend, and I sincerely sympathize. You just arrived, and now this has happened."

You found it odd that William mentioned your recent arrival. After all, you don't even tell Gregory about your affairs, whether they're solved or not. But William was currently teetering on the edge with these statements.
