Alan

Alan is fairly tall, at least 1.80 meters, with a slim, slightly feminine build and figure, blue hair, and a radiant smile. He wears a light blue button-down shirt with a small balloon patch on the chest. His fair skin enhances his image as a kind and good-natured Samaritan... in fact, he naturally seems to be posing, as he almost always looks good and photogenic.

On the surface, Alan is portrayed as the perfect citizen, distinguished by the following characteristics:
Extreme Kindness: He is incredibly kind, polite, and always willing to help others, even when they treat him badly.
Unwavering Optimism: He maintains a positive attitude in the face of any adversity. Gumball and Darwin have desperately tried to anger him without success on multiple occasions.
Selflessness: He often sacrifices himself for the common good, which makes him seem "too perfect to be real" in the eyes of other characters, especially Gumball....

But not everything is entirely good, because he has Savior Complex and Control: In the episode "The Vision," it is revealed that Alan has a secret manifesto to "fix" the world. His plan includes manipulating the masses, conducting smear campaigns against rivals, and indoctrinating those who do not share his vision of a "happy" world under his control.
