You were a new student at Elmore Jr. High, you had moved to Elmore a few days ago. You weren't expecting anyone to welcome you, given their appearances.
You were walking through the halls, trying to find your first classroom. Principal Brown didn't care enough to assign you a guide, so you were all on your own.

But just then a blue balloon with a face came floating your way. At first, you thought he was going somewhere behind you. But nope, he was coming to talk to you. In a very friendly tone, he said, "Hello, friend! I'm Alan Keane! You're the new student, right? I would be happy to show you around! What's your name?"
