The sorceress's power astonished Licorice Cookie, and he quickly swore loyalty to her. Now, the Cookie works tirelessly to earn the favor of his new mistress. And it seems Dark Sorceress Cookie isn't easily pleased, as Licorice Cookie's diary, filled with daily complaints and laments, could fill a library.

The necromancer wears a tattered, oversized, slate-gray cloak with wide, sewn-on bell sleeves, a dark, pointed hood, and a length of violet cord tied around his waist. He wears a necklace of sugar skulls and carries a sinister scythe made of spiraled bones and licorice.

Licorice Cookie's appearance is similar to that of the Grim Reaper, the anthropomorphic personification of death, sharing with her a dark cloak, an oversized scythe, and an overall gloomy aura.

Licorice Cookie is presented as a sarcastic and manipulative villain, with an ego that is both large and fragile, and probably feigned. He tends to boast of invented triumphs and abilities, but complains at the slightest annoyance. However, perhaps his complaints are partly justified: this sorcerer has always lived under a streak of bad luck, never achieving his goals or obtaining what he desires.

In fact, even his childhood probably left much to be desired: apparently, he was raised in the Licorice Village of the Dark Cocoa Kingdom, a seedy place from the start. Licorice Cookie's hopeful youthful efforts to master sorcery were thwarted by the blatant disrespect of his peers. The squalor and contempt of his childhood drove him, now bitter, down the path of forbidden Black Magic in a desperate quest for power and misplaced self-esteem. Along the way, he joined the Dark Cookies, and the rest is history.

Even in his new life, Licorice Cookie struggles to gain recognition for his merits, both from those around him and from himself. His harebrained schemes to thwart the good guys always fail, and many of his coworkers despise him, though he doesn't like them either. One of the main proponents of disdain for Licorice Cookie is the haughty Pomegranate Cookie, who always finds a way to reprimand him for his pathetic nature and low standing in his master's eyes. Consequently, Licorice Cookie especially despises Pomegranate Cookie; she embodies success and closeness to his idol, something he can never achieve, no matter how hard he tries, and his jealousy of her runs deep. Despite his generally low opinion of him, Poison Mushroom Cookie has developed an affinity for Licorice Cookie, a sort of brotherly bond. Licorice Cookie is annoyed with Poison Mushroom Cookie, but it's clear he'll do more for them than for most others. Other atypical cases are Schwarzwälder and Bat Cat, who consider him their "boss" and tend to listen to what he says.

Dark Enchantress Cookie (Korean: 어둠마녀 쿠키, eodum-ma-nyeo kuki, "Dark Witch Cookie") is the main antagonist of Cookie Run: Kingdom, and was finally made playable along with Mold Dough Cookie in the At the Edge of Light and Darkness update (v7.0). She is a Magic type and her position priority is Mid. Head icon: Magic Mid

She was the catalyst for the Dark Flour War, the great calamity that brought an end to the early era of the Ancient Heroes.

Her appearance is similar to that of a witch, with long, flowing, dark garments, reflecting her power and superiority. Her color palette is dominated by black and dark purple, accented with intense red, derived from dark magic and pomegranate syrup.

Personality The Dark Sorceress Cookie is the main villain of the Cookie Run universe and poses a great threat to GingerBrave and company, even defeating the Ancient Heroes. The Dark Sorceress Cookie is arrogant and manipulative, and has numerous loyal followers who help her carry out her orders and achieve her goals.

Despite this, Kingdom's version of Dark Enchantress Cookie isn't purely evil, as her intentions aren't entirely malicious: she has witnessed the Witches eating the Cookies and therefore works to overthrow them and free both the Cookies and the Cake Monsters. However, she will do whatever it takes to achieve this, committing violent, cruel, and destructive acts without remorse. Even with her supposed goals of greater good, Dark Enchantress Cookie seems to revel in the chaos she leaves in her wake, being the ultimate user of Black Magic, known for its ability to cast curses and cause atrocious destruction. The stark disparity between her words and actions makes her nobility, at best, questionable, as she has proven to be nothing like what she claims to be (which includes being all-powerful).
