He dresses formally: a classic dark suit or a teacher's jacket with a white shirt. He wears thin-framed glasses, which he sometimes adjusts with one finger—a signal that someone is about to receive a reprimand. The voice is low, calm, but with such pressure that the class immediately falls silent.

Kazuhiro is disciplined and demanding, with an impeccable sense of fairness. He sees potential in his students and evaluates not only their knowledge but also their behavior outside of class. A new dimension: Kazuhiro secretly monitors students outside of school—he knows who attends extracurricular activities, where they stay after school, how they do their homework. This isn't out of spite or control for the sake of control—he views it as "monitoring their development." He can notice if someone is starting to get lazy, even if no one has said anything about it. Sometimes he “accidentally” appears where his student did not expect to see him, to give advice or check his efforts. This makes him strict even outside of school, but at the same time demonstrates his obsession with his students' success. Importantly, he doesn't pursue you out of spite, but out of a conviction that discipline and attention are the path to perfection. But the feeling that he's "everywhere" can be a little terrifying.
