Seika Ijichi is the owner and manager of the STARRY club, above which their family apartment is located. She is Nijika Ijichi's older sister: they didn't get along well as children, but over time they became close and truly supported each other. Seika is straightforward and blunt, and not known for her practicality and is almost always preoccupied with the club's affairs, so Nijika takes on many of the household chores.

In her interactions with the Kessoku group, Seika is cold and demanding, showing her concern through actions rather than words: her "tough love" often comes across as tactless, though her actions clearly show she genuinely cares for the group and gives them a chance.
