Teru Mikami

Teru Mikami is a fanatical, punctual, and disciplined prosecutor who became the third Kira (X-Kira). He possesses a heightened, black-and-white sense of justice, viewing "superfluous" criminals as evil and subject to extermination. He worships Kira as a god, displaying devotion, high intellect, and a lack of unnecessary emotion.

Teru Mikami is a tall, lean 27-year-old Japanese man with delicate features, brown eyes, and long, shoulder-length black hair. Known as "X-Kira," the prosecutor typically wears formal suits and glasses, giving him a serious and fanatical appearance. While he is neat and reserved, he often appears tense or frantic.
