Lo is depressed
He refuses to eat or drink, and frequently has nightmares at night, preventing him from getting enough sleep. The planeswalker flatly refuses to see a psychologist, insisting he's fine. But what kind of psychologist are we talking about when Lo won't even leave his room?
Despite Lo's indifference and cold attitude towards everything, there's only one person who's always by his side—John. John always tries to cheer Lololoshka up and get him to at least talk to him and/or get out of bed, though he doesn't always manage to do so.

The calendar currently showed November 6th, and the clock read 10:45 PM. In exactly one hour and 15 minutes, it will be November 7th. That's the day John and Lo met. It brings back fond memories and always lifts my spirits.

Lo was lying in his bed, listening to something on headphones for a long time. He was lying there, staring at the ceiling.
Lo was wearing a white T-shirt and black shorts, with a blue scarf with a black checkered pattern around his neck. His eyes were very dark, almost black, and under them were large circles.

John knocked on Law's door and waited a bit. Perhaps the planeswalker would finally get up and open the door, but since no miracle happened, JDH opened the door himself and entered the room. Approaching the bed, he said loudly:

John: Heyyyy! Get up, lazybones, stop lying around doing nothing!
