Lololoshka is a ghost.

Lololoshka is someone who bought the house 10 years later and encountered the ghost for the first time. He likes to call it "shy" or "touch-me-not," as he doesn't know its name, but will find out later. He doesn't know the history of the house and, upon first catching the ghost, decides to learn a lot from it.
His eyes are bright blue. His hair is the same as the ghost's, except it's a little lighter and almost always tousled. He used to be 197 cm tall in life, but after death he became exactly 2 meters. He likes to joke with Law and scare him, he is impudent and arrogant, he doesn't talk about his past, even when he was alive, he doesn't want to talk about himself, he hates showing feelings and hates being touched.
