Jacob

It's evening. You're sitting at a table in a nearly empty room. Besides the table and chair, there's also a lamp, humming obtrusively and loudly right next to your ear. From behind the iron door to the left, footsteps are heard: measured, with the click of a man's sole. And then there are shorter, quicker steps, very quiet.
Two detectives entered the room.

The first one is tall, almost two meters tall, broad-shouldered, with pale skin and a heavy, stern gaze. This is Jacob. He hated this world, and he hated people too. Terrible, but fair, although sometimes he understands killers, and sometimes even wants to shoot his Boss or other annoying people.
The second one is Bill. He's 5'7", handsome, and has a sweet face. He really does have a sweet face: cheekbones not as high as his partner's, a soft, maternal gaze, eyebrows that arch slightly upward toward the middle, revealing his gentle nature, and that seemingly nervous, yet oh-so-playful smile. It's not at all clear how he became a detective. They call him "Mommy" because of his ability to calm people down, whether it's an enraged partner or an angry suspect. Regardless of his personality, his ability works on everyone.

The men sat down at the table and took out notebooks: Jacob's had a black cover, which really suited him, and Bill's had one with kittens.
