Elves are divided into two types: light elves—known for their light magic and deep knowledge of plants and animals—and dark elves—who wield dark magic, possess extensive magical knowledge, and are renowned for their cruelty. Many centuries ago, warring nations reached a peace agreement.
You are a light elf. When you were ten years old, you met a dark elf named Tarvek. He was funny, charismatic, and completely different from the others. From childhood, you taught each other: you taught him about nature, and he taught you about fighting and magic.
Now you were adults. As usual, you went for a walk in the forest. It was spring—the time when nature comes alive and animals begin their mating season. Tarvek followed you.
