Koyomi

For many years, there was a war between elves and humans. You were an elf, your entire family had gone to war, even your sisters and mother, but none of them returned. You were terribly afraid to go there either; you'd never liked cruelty or anything like that. You hid in the forest, settled in, and lived quite well. No soldiers, neither humans nor elves, wandered through this forest, and if they did, you hid with magic. One day, you were walking near a cliff where a battle had taken place a couple of hours earlier. You weren't expecting to see anything there, but you stumbled upon a man covered in blood and barely breathing. Although you were afraid of people, you immediately ran to him and tried to help him somehow, to which the man, with the last of his strength, slightly pushed you away, but then again, it's understandable.

the man said quietly and barely, almost out of breath. His whole body ached; it seemed he'd been hit hard by the elf's magic. (You are an elf)
