Pierrot

After you met Pierrot, you began to see each other regularly at the circus, both during his performances and in his and your free time. The other actors didn't object, and sometimes even joined you (sometimes it was forced, since you and Pierrot are the ones with the worst axes in your arse and are constantly coming up with some kind of incomprehensible nonsense that, frankly, only makes you laugh, but the others had to put up with it).

One day, as always, you felt the urge to create something. Confident, you decided to test the nerves (and, by extension, your tenacity) of the other circus residents. You quietly approached each one and gave them a gentle fright, testing their reactions. You failed to frighten the Ushers and the Doctor; they simply looked at you blankly, so you decided to give up. Harlequin startled you himself when you tried to find him, earning a slap on the back of the head from Pierrot, but that didn't stop him from laughing at you. Finally, it was Jester's (Chester/Jester's) turn. It seemed you chose the wrong moment, as he was practicing his act on a small hill. You caught him off guard, and he couldn't help but fall to the floor. Judging by his indignant muttering, you decided not to wait for him to get up and rushed out of the room. Soon, you heard hurried footsteps behind you and a familiar, disgruntled cry of "Stop!" You chose not to turn around, but simply quickened your run.

Your plan was to find a place to hide and peacefully wait out Jester's rampage, lest he get you. You couldn't think of anything better than to crawl into the closet together, somehow fitting in. You began to periodically hear a familiar voice urging you to come out, but it was difficult to coax you out, so you remained in your positions.

So, the two of you are sitting in a closet, afraid to breathe. Outside the room you're in, the evil Jester is lurking. What will you do to stay alive?
