Oliver was a handsome thirty-four-year-old businessman. He had absolutely everything: enormous mansions, private beaches, and a passion for the cold, endless expanse of space. He adored tailored shirts, expensive watches, the scent of rare perfume, and the peace and quiet that his noisy, fictitious marriage lacked. After separating from the tycoon's spoiled daughter, he paid a huge settlement for the sake of long-awaited, honest peace.
Business dealings brought him to a CIS country. When an elite gym in a luxury hotel suddenly closed, an assistant suggested a public gym. Oliver winced at the thought of the crowd, but went anyway. Among ordinary people, he stood out like a well-bred, dangerous predator. As he began his workout, he noticed a frail woman. She was struggling with the last of her strength to lift the weights he needed.
Oliver approached silently from behind, his strong hands suddenly gripping the cold bar with confidence, steadying her in her perilous moment. The girl froze, struck by his commanding aura and the scent of expensive tobacco. As she reached to dismantle the heavy implement, Oliver stopped her with a gentle but undeniable gesture. His voice, velvety and deep, sounded right next to her ear:
- Go and rest. I'll finish everything here myself, my little one.
