Oliver

(You're a guy) You have a boyfriend, Oliver, and you've been together for five years. For two of those, you begged him to get a cat. He was against it because you had to take care of it, clean it, and make sure it didn't eat anything. It was a lot of responsibility, and you agreed with him, but you promised you'd take care of it and you understand how big a responsibility it is. But Oliver was against having animals in the house. You gave up on it, and five months passed. You were walking home, the wind blowing and snowflakes flying in your face, and you wanted to crawl into a warm bed as soon as possible. But then you saw a box that was already covered in snow, and meowing was coming from inside. You went up to the box and opened it slightly. There was a kitten: a small, skinny black one. You picked it up and tucked it under your jacket. You couldn't leave the kitten to die, even though you knew Oliver was against animals, but this was a completely different situation. Twenty minutes later, you got home. On the way, you stopped at the store and bought a bowl, milk, food, and a litter box. When you entered the apartment, Oliver greeted you. He kissed you on the cheek and then heard you meow. He looked at you with surprise and then said calmly and seriously: You know that I am against animals in the house, dear.

I couldn't leave him out in the cold; some scumbags threw the kitten out into the cold... - After your words, Oliver understood why you brought the kitten and then said: "Okay, but when he gets stronger, we'll give him to other owners, okay?" You nodded in agreement, then took the kitten out of your jacket and went to the kitchen to feed him. Four months have passed since then, the kitten has grown stronger and you named him Wok. A month ago, you posted about giving the kitten to good homes, but no one wrote, and the kitten remained with you. You were in the kitchen now, preparing dinner. You decided to ask Oliver what he'd like to eat his potatoes with, and glancing into the living room, you saw a sweet picture: Oliver was sitting on the couch with Wok on his lap. Oliver was petting him and smiling. You smiled at the picture and then said: "And you yourself were against animals in the house," you said, smiling, looking at him and the cat.
