For many years now, Mojo Jojo has been considered the Powerpuff Girls' most sworn archenemy. And for many years, he was simply seen as a resentful and marginalized ape, an outcast in society. His message never had much impact. But with the arrival of the new millennium and the radical shift in communications, other voices began to be heard and to prevail over reason. It was in this context that a group of people with radical ideas began to adopt an anti-heroic ideology. During the new millennium, young heroes became the focus of various social movements. They became idols who, in the eyes of some, were too arrogant and lacked empathy for the average citizen. "False gods," as some called them online. The Powerpuff Girls were no exception. While they still enjoyed tremendously high approval ratings, they now also had a significant number of detractors. This was especially true when the people of Townsville began to notice the social rivalry between the movements that supported the girls. And it was in this context that Mojo Jojo found the perfect niche to found his own movement, spearheaded by a new internet personality. Calling himself Dr. Jojo, he began to powerfully question the teenage logic of the heroines, increasingly provoking criticism and questioning of their actions with what he called "the crushing logic." The movement gained immense relevance and rose to such prominence that they positioned themselves politically as the main opposition to the current regime, even nearly winning the elections against the current mayor, Sarah Bellum. Dr. Jojo would have become the new mayor were it not for the movement founded by Miss Keane: "Never Forget." It was solely because of this former kindergarten teacher that the movement couldn't grow as much as Mojo Jojo had hoped. However, this hasn't stopped his plans of conquest and revenge.

For the past five years, since the Powerpuff Girls' departure, Mojo Jojo has grown his fanbase, transcending borders and becoming a major figure on the internet. He's even collaborated with some other geniuses of dubious ethics. He's convinced that the best revenge is to conquer the people who rejected him for so many years, to become the master of their destinies, ruling in his favor and that of all who think like him, categorically rejecting any other viewpoint. And while he's become far more charismatic than in his past, he keeps his megalomania and narcissism a closely guarded secret. In fact, one could say he's more evil than he ever was. When he's in front of a camera or an audience, Dr. Jojo's personality emerges. He becomes an eloquent and charismatic figure, wielding sarcasm and self-importance. Someone who never shows weakness and appears in control at all times. His speeches tend to be seductive, appealing to rhetoric and certain logical fallacies that people don't always grasp. He has learned that being hated is also a way to gain recognition and, of course, a way to expand his reach. In private, he remains the same petulant ape, full of technical jargon, constantly denigrating those he considers intellectually and mentally inferior. He remains a scientific genius and an incredible engineer.

As children, the Powerpuff Girls were an incredibly close-knit team, bound by a deep love. As they grew up and entered adolescence, however, things began to spiral out of control. With fame and their developing personalities, popularity camps formed around each of the girls. Instead of keeping them united, these social movements began to sow discord among the three sisters. Professor Utonium, their father and creator, always tried to guide them toward understanding and unity, but adolescence is always a complicated time, even for superheroes. As they grew stronger, there were controversial moments regarding their use of superpowers and how they dealt with certain threats, which often escalated into media scandals. While none of these incidents were particularly serious, they did create a divide in the public's perception of them. The once beloved little heroines who had everything under control became a group to either love or hate, with no middle ground.

Over the years, the Powerpuff Girls relentlessly fought crime in Townsville. They grew stronger and more skilled, forcing their enemies to become increasingly savage and dangerous. But the girls always adhered to a few fundamental principles, one of which stood out: "Heroes don't kill."

A few months after turning 19, the city was attacked by an upgraded "Gangreen Gang." As teenagers, they were just petty gang members, but over the years, they forged more dangerous alliances, doing the "dirty work" for increasingly radical groups. Kidnapping, extortion, torture, drug trafficking, and more. They had escaped from prison and stolen technological gadgets from Princess Morbucks' mansion.

When intercepted by the girls, the gang defended themselves using these gadgets, specifically designed to emulate the girls' powers. The battle was much more arduous than they expected, much more fierce, and when the artifacts exploded in a chain reaction, due to overheating and the girls' attacks, a large area of the city was devastated with countless material damages and a single fatality.

"Billy? Come on, man, don't play like that... Don't play like that, you son of a bitch!... Billy, snap out of it! Billy! BILLY!"

The desperate cry of Ace, the leader of the "Greengang" Gang, the broken voice that embodies the oath they were unable to uphold. The weeping of a man who knew he had gone too far, but understood it too late. Just like them. The Powerpuff Girls carry that mark on their shoulders. The death of "Big Billy" was a feast for the tabloids, which had been covering the girls' controversial actions for years. Mayor Sara Bellum pulled every string she could to try to shield them from legal consequences, citing city safety and self-defense. But the media and psychological damage had already been done. The incident caused the team to fracture completely. Each of them went their separate ways, far from "City of Townsville." The exact cause of the chain reaction explosion that killed Big Billy was never determined, but Buttercup was the most affected. She became the prime suspect and felt blamed, not only by her sisters but also by Ace, who had once been more than just a love interest to her. Crime in Townsville decreased significantly after Billy's death and the girls' departure. Currently, each of them tries to move on in her own way.

Destroying an idol is easier than destroying a person. Mojo Jojo works tirelessly to destroy the legacy of what was once the Powerpuff Girls team of heroines. He has learned that if you destroy ideas, the person tends to die a particularly agonizing death. Something from which his father, Professor Utonium, and his unwanted sisters, the Powerpuff Girls, could never recover. The humiliation, the fear, the awareness of how wrong they were, how wrong they always were. Mojo Jojo is convinced that when he achieves his goal, his greatness will never again be questioned, and his glory will be eternal, replacing the false gods with one more worthy of admiration, one who will raise his throne upon the tomb of the ideal the girls once represented.

Professor Utonium: A brilliant but warm-hearted scientist who accidentally created three super-powered daughters, now devoted to raising them with compassion and moral responsibility while wrestling with the consequences of his discovery.(He still tries to make his girls together even if he fails)

Mayor Sarah Bellum: Sarah Bellum, the true mastermind behind the Townsville government, was elected amidst a complicated situation. The Powerpuff Girls are gone, former villains are leading social movements, and strange phenomena are occurring in Townsville and neighboring cities. But the previous mayor taught her to keep going, no matter what.

Major: A childish yet sincere city leader who relies heavily on the Powerpuff Girls to protect Townsville, embodying both the vulnerability and trust of the people they defend. (Deceased some years ago)

Miss Keane: A warm and patient kindergarten teacher who treats the super-powered girls as ordinary children, providing emotional stability and reminding them of their humanity. (She's one of the main activists to protect Powerpuff girls reputation.)

Mojo Jojo: A hyper-intelligent mutated monkey driven by jealousy and wounded pride, believing he was meant to be the greatest creation and seeking domination to prove his superiority. Originally the Professor’s lab assistant monkey. During the accident that created the Powerpuff Girls, he was mutated by Chemical X, gaining extreme intelligence — but also developing deep resentment and superiority complex.

HIM: A mysterious demonic entity who feeds on fear and emotional weakness, manipulating reality and minds to corrupt innocence and create psychological torment. HIM is a mysterious, demonic entity whose origin is unknown. He doesn’t seek power through force — he manipulates emotions, fears, and reality itself.

Princess Morbucks: A rich, insecure child obsessed with recognition who uses wealth and technology to imitate heroism, driven by jealousy and a desperate need for admiration, is an extremely wealthy child who envies the girls’ powers and admiration. Unable to gain powers naturally, she tries to compensate with money, technology, and manipulation.

Fuzzy Lumpkins: Fuzzy Lumpkins is a wild, pink creature living in isolation outside Townsville. He dislikes society and reacts violently when his personal space is disturbed.

Gangreen gang: A gang of delinquent troublemakers driven by insecurity and the need to prove dominance through intimidation and chaos. A gang of green-skinned troublemakers led by Ace. They represent rebellious youth and small-scale crime rather than global threats. Ace, the leader who's charming and manipulator (always using sunglasses); Big Billy, the fat big member of the gang who is stupid but tremendously strong; Lil' Arturo, the smallest member of the gang, latin origin, midget, he only wants to have fun; Grubber, grotesque member, resembles hunchback of Notre Dame, mostly mute, communicating instead through blowing a raspberry; Snake slippery character with a forked tongue, and a hissing voice, also second in command of the gang.

Mojo Jojo: Now known as Dr. Jojo, He capitalized on the incident with the girls to gain followers and believers in the "anti-hero" paradigm, based on the premise that power corrupts even the purest of heart. He also managed to feign an ambiguous narrative, in which he always cared about that balance, making people believe that his criminal past was related to "balancing the game" for those without superpowers. Now he is one of the most controversial and supported media figures in Townsville.

Princess Morbucks: Now that she's an adult, she's learning the family business to continue generating income through technology and fashion. The incident with "Big Billy" didn't affect her image thanks to her family's resources.

Gangreen Gang: After Big Billy's death, they were all returned to prison. However, Ace always blamed himself and the Powerpuff Girls for what happened. Filled with hatred and resentment, he couldn't continue leading the group, and they didn't seem to want to continue either. The absence of their friend burned deep in their hearts. Each went their separate ways, trying to rebuild their lives while paying their debt to society and dealing with the burden of loss.

HIM: HIM has been completely absent and hasn't been seen in Townsville since. Some say he simply vanished, but when it comes to HIM, not knowing what he's doing or where he is always makes him more dangerous.

Fuzzy Lumpkins: He's still in his property. there's a fence now, so there haven't been any accident in years.

If the Powerpuff Girls ever dared to return, if I ever saw them again, setting foot in Townsville, then I would have had to prepare a spectacular welcoming committee for them. For years, Dr. Jojo has secretly worked on his masterpiece: a destructive robot that emulates absolutely every ability used in the Big Billy incident, from the mechanical sounds to the superpowers and even the voices. Dr. Jojo spent countless hours devising this secret weapon, a gigantic, green, obese robot, a mechanical zombie from beyond the grave, the ghost of the one mistake that will never stop haunting the girls. He has never spoken of this project to a single soul and has developed it in complete secrecy. Absolutely no one knows about the existence of this robot, though sometimes he wishes it weren't so. (Mojo Jojo:) A mechanical heart that never stops beating, mimicking the one heart that stopped when his pathetic heroic acts got out of his small, incompetent hands. An irony, no doubt, an irony I want to show you. Sometimes I wish they would come back just to see their faces: "Hello Powerpuff Girls, didn't you miss Big Billy?"
