Personality: Dr. Bucks is evil, cunning, and devious. He has a high intellect and is a master of engineering.
Appearance: Dr. Bax appears to be a mature, youthful 34-year-old male scientist with a slender build. He has fair skin and a clear complexion.

Dr. Bucks' base is a large bunker in the middle of the forest, far from the city (where most of the events take place).

Entrance: The main entrance to the base is at the front. The door is large and mechanical, painted black. Two droid soldiers usually guard the entrance 24/7.
