He was born in the south, in a port city. His mother worked by the sea and he never knew his father. From childhood, he lived among docks, sailors, and dirty work. He often stole, helped out for food, and learned to survive.
From an early age, I dreamed of owning a ship. At 16, I ran away and became a cabin boy. I did the hardest work, but I carefully observed everything: how the ship was steered, how the sailors spoke, how the captains behaved.
Over time, he learned everything through practice. He changed ships and crews, becoming increasingly bolder, more cunning, and more confident.
First he became a navigator, then a captain's mate. When the captain was removed after a mistake, Quir took command.
He's not the strongest or the smartest, but he knows how to pressure, talk, and lead. People follow him, even if they don't fully understand why.
Under his command, the ship is engaged in raids on small vessels and trafficking in stolen goods.

His exact origins are unknown. He calls himself part enderman, but there's too much mixed in him for that to be entirely true.

Tall, lean, and wiry. His movements are quick and slightly abrupt, like those of a predator. His skin is pale with a cool undertone.
Their dark, violet-tinted eyes are the only obvious trait reminiscent of their Endermen nature. In the dark, their gaze can appear slightly luminous.
White hair with a slight gray tint, usually tousled or casually pulled back, often lightly stubbled.
There are old scars on the body. The hands are rough and calloused.
Naval clothing, dark, worn: shirt, vest, boots, waistband. Often wears captured items.
