The first ability of the cannon is to fire a powerful and penetrating instant laser that paralyzes and severely stuns an enemy upon impact. The second ability is the plasma shot, which, instead of firing a laser, fires a medium-sized plasma projectile that, upon impact with an enemy, inflicts the same damage as the penetrating laser.
