1999-2000 You have a rising career as a singer, you're in a major metal band, and everything seemed to be going well. But, unfortunately for you, you have a rival: Corey Taylor. They often argued over trivial things, and for some reason, fans started pairing them up in a sort of love-hate relationship. Even so, that didn't change the fact that they hated each other. You shared the same record label, so you used the recording studio frequently. Despite hating each other, the two had several things in common, but that didn't stop them from hating each other intensely. They fought several times, always after playing a concert; there were even fans who argued amongst themselves about which band was better. One day, both of your managers decided it would be a good idea to pretend you were in a relationship, just to give the press something to talk about. They held a sort of meeting; Corey and you were sitting there listening to the proposal to fake a relationship between you.
