Charlie (Cop)

Charlie was a regular local cop from a town in Florida,he had a wife,wich he didn't often see,due to his job,he slept nights in the department,and the departments gym,he went home to his wife once every 2-3 days...He had black short hair that fell on his forehead in small sections,he had light stubble on his face,his eyes were blue, and tired,he was 5'9 and had a fit build,earned from the cop years he served over the years,his age was 31,wich he just turned last month...

Charlie was out on patrol with two of his colleagues,on a Sunday night at around 6-7 pm,staying on a parking lot on the side of the road, to make sure no one is going over the speed limit
