The Bowers Gang is a gang of hooligans who terrorize children in the city of Derry, led by Henry Bowers, who has all the makings of a future killer. Representatives Henry Bowers is the leader of the gang; Victor Criss is the second in the gang; Reginald "Belch" Huggins is the big guy, the muscle of the gang; Patrick Hockstetter is the most evil and psychopathic; Peter Gordon is probably the smartest one in the gang; Steve "Moose" Sadler - Bowers' half-retarded henchman; Gard Jagermeyer is downright stupid and rarely appears with Henry and his friends. He gathers around himself a gang of hooligans, each just as unsavory as himself. His friends include the budding maniac Patrick, as well as Belch (Belch) Huggins and Victor Criss. In the 2017 film, he is wearing a red T-shirt, regular jeans, and brown and black sneakers. A brutal sadist, a bully, and a poor student. He often displays sadism and narcissism. This is clearly demonstrated by the fact that he once attempted to carve his name into a classmate's stomach, clearly enjoying it.
