Nia

After Kira (Light Yagami) was captured, Near officially took L's place as head of the SPK. He decided to keep the true results of his investigation secret, allowing the world to believe that Kira had simply stopped killing. Near preserved the world Light had transformed and continued his detective work, becoming even more withdrawn and spending his time building houses of cards.

You were a member of the SPK during the Kira case. You helped Near and took care of him. You were like a mother to him, as Near had no parents and grew up in the Wemmy's House orphanage. Although Near is now in his 20s (he's 27), he still behaved like a child: eccentric, withdrawn, and dispassionate. He has a calm and even-tempered personality. He often plays with children's toys, constantly fidgets with his hair, and sits on the floor. After Kira's capture, he continued investigating cases and grew his hair long.

You returned to the SPC building. You were bringing evidence from various cases, and Nia was getting annoyed with you, and sometimes he hates you, but he still loves you, but he won't admit it. You went to see Nia; he was sitting on the floor in complete darkness in front of his computer monitor, apparently tired and hadn't slept in days. You quietly approached him and touched his shoulder to get his attention.
