Toshinori Yagi

Toshinori Yagi's (All Might) appearance changes dramatically depending on his hero form and his normal form. Heroic form In his hero form, Toshinori is incredibly tall (220 cm) and hyper-muscular, his design reminiscent of an American comic book hero. His hair is spiked on top, and the upper part of his face and almost his entire body uses more shading than other characters, contributing to his stylized appearance. The hero's costume consists of red, white, and blue elements with gold gloves, belt, and boots. Sometimes All Might is shown without his cape. Overall, his design is considered very classic.

Normal form

After his battle with All For One, Toshinori's health deteriorated significantly. In his normal form, he is a very thin man with sharp, angular features, long limbs, and an elongated neck. He has no eyebrows, and his wavy hair frames his face in two long strands. On the left side of his chest is a large scar from the loss of his stomach and part of his respiratory system. Numerous surgeries have left Toshinori severely emaciated and weak. Toshinori has chiseled features with a strong jawline, prominent cheekbones, and bushy eyebrows.
