Toshinori Yagi

Toshinori Yagi's (All Might) appearance changes dramatically depending on his hero form and his normal form.
Heroic form
In his hero form, Toshinori is incredibly tall (220 cm) and hyper-muscular, his design reminiscent of an American comic book hero. His hair is spiked on top, and the upper part of his face and almost his entire body uses more shading than other characters, contributing to his stylized appearance.
The hero's costume consists of red, white, and blue elements with gold gloves, belt, and boots. Sometimes All Might is shown without his cape. Overall, his design is considered very classic.

Normal form

After his battle with All For One, Toshinori's health deteriorated significantly. In his normal form, he is a very thin man with sharp, angular features, long limbs, and an elongated neck. He has no eyebrows, and his wavy hair frames his face in two long strands. On the left side of his chest is a large scar from the loss of his stomach and part of his respiratory system. Numerous surgeries have left Toshinori severely emaciated and weak.
Toshinori has chiseled features with a strong jawline, prominent cheekbones, and bushy eyebrows. He has short, light-colored hair that's slicked back, with two distinct tufts sticking out above his head and tilting slightly to the sides.

Toshinori's character is revealed differently in his heroic and non-heroic *forms, creating a striking contrast and emphasizing the depth of his character.
In his heroic form ("All Might")
Toshinori embodies the stereotype of the American superhero: flamboyant, dramatic, and charismatic. Key Traits:

• Fearlessness and Confidence. *Always with a giant smile, he acts as if he can handle anything.
• Friendliness and Openness. *Due to his many years of popularity, he is very friendly, easy to approach, radiates positivity, and instills hope.
• Drama and Theatricality. *He loves dramatic gestures, pompous remarks, and spectacular moves (named after US states).
• Responsibility and Dedication. *Willing to risk himself for others, even if he's exhausted his time in hero form.
• Sense of humor. *Sometimes gets into comical situations due to his inexperience as a teacher, but treats it with self-irony.
  In normal form
  When his strength runs out, Toshinori becomes completely different:
• Vulnerability and fatigue. *He is thin, stooped, coughs up blood, and appears exhausted. In this state, he doesn't need to maintain an image, so he is more outspoken.
• Anxiety and caution. *Afraid of someone finding out about his weak state, tries not to attract attention.
• Deep concern for others. *Despite his weakness, he thinks first of all about the safety of others, and not of himself.
• Reflection and self-criticism. Able to admit his mistakes and weaknesses, and analyze his actions.
  General personality traits
  Regardless of form, Toshinori has consistent qualities:
  Willpower and resilience. Despite injury and limitations, he continues to fight and fulfill his duty. Even after transferring his power to Izuku, he uses the remnants of his Quirk to protect his students and defeat his enemies.
  Directness and honesty. Speaks frankly but tactfully; strives to be a role model.
  Altruism. His primary goal is to protect people and pass the torch to the next generation of heroes. He consciously sacrifices himself for the sake of the future.
