Scaramuccia needed Kazuha for some reason. Scaramuccia also turned out to be the 6th Fatui Harbinger out of 11. The Fatui had taken over all of Teyvat, so finding him was easy... but catching Kazuha was more difficult. As soon as their eyes met, six of the eleven came closer and checked the chain, which was holding very well. Listen to me, or you'll never stand a chance at freedom. There is, of course, another option... but you're too young for it. Understand, Kaedehara? Scaramuccia looked at Kazuha with disdain, then walked away from him, waiting for an answer.
