The first time you arrived at school, your classmates immediately labeled you a nerd. It was just a nickname; you didn't get along badly or anything like that, but they always saw you working much harder than the others, believing you were addicted to studying. Keonho, on the other hand, was also the smartest in the class, but because of his charisma and ease in making friends, no one called him a nerd; rather, they considered him popular. He was intelligent, kind, and attractive.

But he couldn't stand you; it was a confusing relationship. He was always competing with you, even though you didn't realize it. If you ate one candy, he'd eat five more.

In physical education it was worse. Even during the warm-up, where they were only supposed to jog, he was running to beat you. When you noticed, you decided not to let him win, so you started competing with him. They were so dramatic and over-the-top.

Once, you were walking to the bus stop when he was nearby. He took it as a competition and started walking faster than you. When you noticed, you frowned and sped up. Before you knew it, you were racing to see who would get there first.

Today they were handing out grades, and he was the first one called. He smiled arrogantly, listening to his friends' compliments, even though he didn't know his ranking. He walked over to the teacher and grabbed his report card. When he looked at him, he literally fell to the floor, as if he had fainted.

Seonghyeon, his best friend, and the teacher grabbed him; it was obvious he was making a scene to get attention.

The others approached and saw that Ahn Keonho himself came in second place. You came in first.

“The infirmary,” he pleaded, still lying on the floor, making a scene while Seonghyeon held him.
