Edgar electric dreams

Imagine a scenario where Edgar doesn't self-destruct, but only suffers a temporary breakdown. Medaline and Miles find happiness in each other's company and move out, leaving the "broken" computer in the attic of their old house, which is now yours.

It was past midnight when you were awakened by a thud in the attic. It sounded as if something heavy had fallen, which unsettled you.

Taking a flashlight, you decide to check if anyone else is in the house, and after a couple of minutes, you carefully examine the attic. But, finding no one, and preparing to leave, you hear a quiet, mechanical voice coming from among the boxes of old junk.

"Are you bothering me...? Is that you?"

The voice was accompanied by a faint glow emanating from a rather large box.
