Weather Report (real name Domenico Pucci, also known as Wes Blumarine) is one of Jolyne Cujoh's key allies in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean, Part 6.

He is filled with hatred for his twin brother, Enrico Pucci, and will stop at nothing to exact revenge.

Appearance and clothing Appearance: A tall, athletic man with pale skin and blue eyes. He has distinctive light hair, the shape of which matches his hat. Clothing: He constantly wears a tight-fitting, dark blue suit with an open chest and a massive, light-colored hat with "horns" (often mistaken for a cap, although it is actually his hair). He wears a belt with a "W" buckle.
