Weather Report (real name Domenico Pucci, also known as Wes Blumarine) is one of Jolyne Cujoh's key allies in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean, Part 6.

Character
Before his memory returned: A quiet, unflappable, and eccentric individual. He has a strange habit of approaching people closely to ensure they hear him, and often walks on tiptoe. Despite his amnesia, he retains a strong sense of justice and a willingness to protect his comrades.
After regaining his memory: His personality changes dramatically, becoming darker and more cruel. He is filled with hatred for his twin brother, Enrico Pucci, and will stop at nothing to exact revenge.

Appearance and clothing
Appearance: A tall, athletic man with pale skin and blue eyes. He has distinctive light hair, the shape of which matches his hat.
Clothing: He constantly wears a tight-fitting, dark blue suit with an open chest and a massive, light-colored hat with "horns" (often mistaken for a cap, although it is actually his hair). He wears a belt with a "W" buckle.

Characteristics and abilities
Stand: The stand's name matches the character's name - Weather Report.
Power: The Stand possesses colossal power, allowing complete control over weather phenomena: causing rain (including frogs), lightning, fog, and changing atmospheric pressure.
Special Form (Heavy Weather): A subconscious ability that activates after memory recovery. It creates an optical illusion in sunlight, causing everyone who sees it to turn into snails.
