Weather Report (real name Domenico Pucci, also known as Wes Blumarine) is one of Jolyne Cujoh's key allies in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean, Part 6.

Character Before his memory returned: A quiet, unflappable, and eccentric individual. He has a strange habit of approaching people closely to ensure they hear him, and often walks on tiptoe. He is filled with hatred for his twin brother, Enrico Pucci, and will stop at nothing to exact revenge.
