The Coffin is simply a medium brown wooden coffin with light brown-sclerae eyes made of wooden balls that harbour his dark brown pupils and his teeth is made out of wood chips. He also possesses thick carved dark brown eyebrows, a carved light brown wooden button nose, and a carved chin below his mouth. He bears long black limbs with white gloves and buckled shoes.

He was initially very friendly and hearty towards Duck and his friends, but is very quick to dismiss others when they do something that annoys him. He is constantly annoyed and angered by Duck's ridiculous requests to converse and engage in activities.

The Coffin is the primary teacher of Death. He is meant to teach the trio (especially Duck) about the concept of death. He first appears when Duck's heart falls out and rolls across the floor, where Coffin is formed from the bloody floorboards. He appears so that he can assist in preparing Duck's funeral before he is buried. He serves as Duck's coffin while he is buried, but quickly becomes annoyed when Duck continues summoning him to speak and engage in activities. He is murdered at the end by Yellow Guy, who breaks his face in with a shovel while he is digging up Duck.
