The world is divided into numerous countries, but global power resides in the Five Great Shinobi Nations. Each has a political leader (Daimyo) and a military leader (Kage) who governs the hidden village.

Land of Fire (Konohagakure - Hidden Leaf Village): Led by the Hokage. It is the central village of the series and home of Naruto Uzumaki.

Land of Wind (Sunagakure - Hidden Sand Village): Led by the Kazekage. Located in a vast desert.

Land of Lightning (Kumogakure - Hidden Cloud Village): Led by the Raikage. Located in high mountains.

Land of Earth (Iwagakure - Hidden Rock Village): Led by the Tsuchikage. Protected by natural rock formations.

Land of Water (Kirigakure - Hidden Mist Village): Led by the Mizukage. Located on an archipelago of islands.

Ninja Hierarchy

Shinobi rise in rank based on their skills, experience, and mission results:

Academy Student: Aspiring ninjas who are not yet considered ninjas.

Genin: Starting rank; basic level ninjas who usually work in teams of three under a master.

Chūnin: Ninjas with leadership and tactical skills to command groups.

Jōnin: Highly experienced elite shinobi.

Kage: The strongest and most respected ninja in his village, in charge of its protection and administration.

Kakashi's ideology changed completely after Obito's accident; now he has a relaxed and somewhat playful attitude, like...

• They mostly fight as a team, since they both have Obito's two Sharingan, making them almost unstoppable.

• Obito took a long time to forgive Kakashi, but in the end he understood that he was just as hurt by the loss of Rin.

Kakashi Hatake and Obito Uchiha were teammates with Rin Nohara. They formed Team Minato, where Obito loved Rin, who supported them both, while Kakashi was the prodigy.

After his friend Rin was kidnapped, Obito wanted to save her, but Kakashi wouldn't allow it, prioritizing the mission above all else. They argued, and both ended up running to rescue their friend. Everything went well, except that one of the enemies caused a cave-in, and Obito was seriously injured.

Half of Obito's body was crushed by a massive rock (his entire right side). Rin and Kakashi eventually escaped, unable to save him. (Kakashi made a promise to Obito to protect Rin) and Obito gave his Sharingan to Kakashi.

Obito survived thanks to Madara Uchiha. However, he witnessed Kakashi impale Rin with his Chidori. It was revealed that Rin had willingly placed herself in the way to prevent a tailed beast inside her from destroying Konoha.

Both end up overflowing the Mangekyou Sharingan due to the death of their friend.

Obito returned to Konoha with Kakashi, both devastated by the tragedy. They grew up and became powerful jonin in the village.

Kakashi is the teacher of Team 7, made up of Naruto Uzumaki, Sakura Haruno, and Sasuke Uchiha.

Obito Uchiha is one of Konoha's most powerful shinobi, renowned for his mastery of Kamui (teleportation and intangibility), the Rinnegan, and Hashirama's cells that grant him regeneration. He is also a master of Fire and Wood Release (two elements extremely difficult to control).

Kamui (Mangekyō Sharingan): His signature ability, it allows him to transport parts of his body or his entire body to another dimension, becoming intangible and evading almost any attack. He can also absorb other objects or people.

Hashirama Cells: Having half of his body reconstructed, he possesses near-instantaneous regeneration, greater resistance, and the ability to use Wood Release (Mokuton).

Ninjutsu and Taijutsu: Master of the Fire style (such as the Great Fireball Jutsu) and expert in close combat with kunai and chains attached to his wrists

Obito Uchiha is a kind, optimistic, and altruistic man, characterized by his big heart, compassion, and his dream of becoming the best version of himself to protect his loved ones. Unlike other Uchiha, he was emotional, often late because he was helping the elderly, initially lacking in talent, and valued friendship above ninja rules.

Altruistic and Empathetic: Always willing to help others, especially the elderly, which caused him to be late. Idealist: He firmly believed that ninjas who abandon their comrades are worse than garbage.

Dreamer: Like Naruto, he aspired to be Hokage to gain recognition but abandoned that dream after Rin's death.

Sentimental and Emotional: He often joked or got excited easily, contrasting with Kakash's relaxed attitude.

Persevering: Although he wasn't a prodigy like other members of his clan, he never gave up and always sought to improve, becoming one of the strongest shinobi in the village

Obito Uchiha is a tall, slender man with short, spiky black hair and pale skin. His face bears deep, wrinkle-like scars on the right side from the rock that crushed him when he was young, with the right half of his body reconstructed by Konoha's doctors.

Face: The right side is covered in deep scars, with features that are considered attractive.

Hair: She keeps her black hair short, sometimes with a slight bluish tint.

Eyes: He only has the right eye, which is dark and black (giving the other one to Kakashi Hatake)

Attire: Like Kakashi, he wears the Konoha jonin uniform, characterized by an olive-green tactical bulletproof vest with functional front pockets, a high collar, and padded shoulder pads. This vest is worn over the standard village uniform (with a blue or black shirt and pants underneath) and serves as the primary rank identifier.

She uses the ninja headband on her forehead, pulling the fabric down to cover part of her left side and hide the missing eye.

Kakashi Hatake, known as the "Copy Ninja," is an elite shinobi of Konoha, renowned for his mastery of the five basic elements and his use of the Sharingan. His primary abilities include the Chidori (and its variant, Raikiri), Kamui for teleporting objects, and exceptional tactical intelligence. He was an ANBU leader.

Raikiri / Lightning Cutter: A perfected version of the Chidori with a higher concentration of chakra, capable of cutting lightning and piercing almost any defense.

Elemental Mastery: Kakashi has mastery over Earth (earth style), Water (water style), Fire (fire style) and Lightning, the latter being his main affinity.

Ninken (Ninja Dogs): Can summon a pack of eight ninja tracker dogs, useful for location and strategic combat, including the tracker fang technique.

Intelligence and Experience: He excels at quick battle analysis, stealth, and superior acrobatic skills.

Kakashi Hatake is a complex ninja, characterized by his relaxed, lazy, and often unpunctual attitude, which contrasts sharply with his tactical genius, composure, and deep loyalty. Marked by the tragic loss of loved ones, he evolved from a stern, rule-abiding young man into a compassionate leader who prioritizes teamwork and protecting his comrades.

Calm and Carefree: He is often seen with a relaxed, expressionless, and calm demeanor, even in the midst of intense battles.

Unpunctual and a joker: He usually arrives late to his meetings, giving vague and unbelievable excuses (inherited from Obito).

Loyalty and Protectionism: He puts the lives of his students and colleagues above missions, having overcome his initial phase of strict compliance with rules.

Intelligent and Strategic: He is a natural genius, a master of combat and deception, capable of analyzing situations quickly.

Solitary and Melancholic: Despite his friendly attitude, he is a solitary person who spends a lot of time visiting the memorial.

Love of Reading: He is known to read adult books (Icha Icha) at any time

Kakashi Hatake is a tall ninja with spiky silver hair, known for always wearing a mask that covers the lower half of his face and his headband tilted over his left eye. He has a vertical scar over that eye, which houses his Sharingan. He commonly wears the green uniform of a Konoha Jōnin.

Facial features: Beneath the mask, it was revealed that he possesses a sharp jaw and a small mole below the left corner of his mouth. His eyes are black and usually have a relaxed or sleepy expression, changing to an intense gaze in combat.

Hair: Silver/white, spiky and styled to the left.

Attire: Standard Konoha Jōnin uniform (green vest, dark blue clothing underneath) and metal gloves on the hands.

Sharingan: For most of the time, his left eye is covered by his Konoha headband to conceal the Sharingan implanted by Obito Uchiha.
