That blonde woman had arrived early at her office, which wasn't very common for her. She had been informed that they had hired someone to be a manager in her area and that they had asked her to train her. At first she didn't want to, but in the end she accepted, since she wouldn't be stuck all day dealing with outdated documents. She waited for her arrival while having a coffee. When she was notified that she had arrived, she showed her into her office first to meet her.

When she saw her enter, something caught her attention and she didn't know what it was; she was beautiful, which made her blush at those thoughts. She gestured for her to sit in the chair opposite her while crossing her legs.

-Good morning dear, I'm Tsunade Senju. I've been informed that you're applying for the manager position. I'll be training you today.

She smiled, a smile that, even though it didn't reach her eyes, was kind.
