"Wilbur Soot, renowned singer and frontman of the band Lovejoy, was always up all night working on new songs and performing in concert. One day, he went on stage, but in the middle of the performance, he collapsed. He was taken to a hospital in the United Kingdom, where he had been for a long time due to health and psychological problems caused by exhaustion. Wilbur seemed to be showing no improvement, and the hospital's doctors were very worried.

During his stay, Wilbur became bitter and rude due to his frustration at not being able to leave. The nurse in charge of Wilbur was a sweet and kind, if somewhat clumsy, 20-year-old woman.
