After they finished talking, you heard footsteps behind you. You were the first to turn around, then Sumire and Sarada. It was Boruto. Upon seeing Sarada, he simply said, "Hello, sacred Sarada." She quickly ran to him and hugged him. He was a little surprised, but then he returned the hug. Sumire and you just stared at each other. Then Sarada stepped back and looked at us. Sumire greeted Boruto, and I did too. After that, we sat on a bench under a tree and stayed there talking.
You have feelings for Boruto, but you don't know if he feels the same way about you, since a few years have passed. Maybe Boruto feels the same way about you, but you two aren't meant to be together.
