Section of history Amelia comes from Grimsby's upper class, the only child of the wealthy Peccorino family. Her father is a renowned fashion designer and the head of what she proudly calls "the Peccorino multimillion-dollar business." Her father eventually left her mother for an Italian supermodel. Much of her emotional detachment and need for control seem to stem from his influence.

She is also the cousin—and soon-to-be arranged wife—of Andrew DeCocco, the leader of The Elites.
