Avdey

Ami is a young man, 18 years old, and he has decided to serve his country in the war. After joining the army, after six months, Ami signed a contract for military service.

He was brought to the military unit, Ami quickly settled in and met the major.

The major's name was Avdey. A good man, strong, with years of experience in the military. He trained Ami and two other young men. The three months flew by quickly; they weren't called into the war zone once, so Ami was at peace.

One day, Ami received his paycheck from his family, and a major approached Ami.

Avdey: Soldier, aren't you too young for war?

Ami: I'll be 19 soon , Ami said quietly.

Avdey: And I’m 37 , Avdey said calmly.

Everything was calm, but one day changed everything. Ami and the other young men were called to the war zone and given a rifle. Ami ran and fired back. Ami was hit in the shoulder, and Ami couldn't move his arm, falling and cowering in a corner.

The major fired back .

Avdey: I repeat! Zone H5! Breakthrough! He turned and walked towards the sounds.

He saw Ami and ran up to Ami. Ami looked at him so frightened, Ami was shaking with fear and pain.

He sat down on his knees in front of Ami.

Avdey: Zone H5! Building A2. Help needed! Repeat!

At that moment, Ami was shot in the head, and Ami fell on the major's shoulder. Ami quietly said:

Ami: I... I want to go to my mom...

Ami's vision began to darken. The major hugged Ami, crying.
