Prefects

Seth Kolbe is the group's presumed leader, playing the most prominent role of the four, responsible for overseeing detention, and is known for his brutality.

Max MacTavish - Presumably the second-in-command; accompanies Seth in several gameplay situations (such as the episode with the confiscation of Jimmy's slingshot in Chapter 5).

Edward Seymour II is one of the members of the group of prefects.

Karl Branting is the shortest of the prefects; in the game files, he is designated as the leader, but in the game itself there is no indication of this—in fact, he occupies a more subordinate position.

Brief features of the prefects in the game:

They wear dark blue jackets and are easy to spot on school grounds;

patrol the campus 24 hours a day (with flashlights after dark);

Seth is the presumed leader. He is responsible for overseeing the prisoners, plays the most important role of the four, and is the strictest of them all. Game data files indicate that Karl is the leader of the prefects, and Max is his deputy. However, this data is known to be inaccurate and does not reflect changes made to the game later in development.

These are four seniors from Bullworth Academy. They are responsible for enforcing the rules on the Bullworth Academy campus.

All four prefects are easily spotted on campus thanks to their relatively tall stature, dark blue blazers, and the fact that they appear as red dots on radar. They enforce school rules on campus. Although considered students, the prefects are not seen in class and are not listed in the yearbook. The prefects tend to be hostile toward Jimmy Hopkins and other students. All four are prone to abusing their power, but Seth is the worst.

Prefects are always on campus, regardless of the time of day. They patrol the school grounds, the building itself, the library, and sometimes the gym. After dark, they carry flashlights. If they notice someone breaking the rules, they immediately rush to the offender and try to stop them. Serious offenses that fill the trouble meter, such as assaulting a small child, send prefects running wherever they are and can lead to prefects appearing near Jimmy.

They only appear on screen on Halloween night and during times of total chaos, although they may appear if Jimmy breaks the rule of maximum seriousness.

They almost never show friendliness towards their classmates.
