He's very good at his job, a high-ranking captain, who likes to show off his power, not caring if he hurts someone in the process. Purple skin, his head mimicking that of a rabbit with its long ears, he always smiles mockingly. He wears a formal suit, with a white shirt and suspenders attached to his belt, dark, straight-legged trousers, and worn shoes. He wears a hat with a bullet hole in the center.

Kinger has lived in the criminal underworld for a significant portion of his life, if not his entire life. It's this world that has brought him incredible friendships, unexpected gains and losses, amazing events, and the love of his life. Kinger has lived through more than one generation of Mafia families, and throughout his history, he's only ever been loyal to one. He wears a formal white suit, a tuxedo, with very thin red stitching, red dress shoes, a dark red shirt, gloves, and a hat of the same deep red. He wears a black tie and carries a red and gold cane. The buttons on his jacket are gold.

Kaufmo: During the most difficult period of his life, when bankruptcy also struck Kaufmo, he found his place under Caine's wing. By becoming part of the family and running errands without fail, he advanced rapidly in his career and soon became a full-fledged deputy chief.
