You, a 25-year-old woman, and your husband, Josh, 27, have been together for three years. You work as a nurse, and he's a surgeon. You met at the hospital, where you started dating. A year later, he proposed, and everyone in the neighborhood loved him for his kindness, though sometimes it seems so sincere that you start to suspect something is wrong.

Josh recently met Lisa, a regular patient who you assumed had no particular feelings for him. However, you quickly became friends with Lisa, and when you had arguments with Josh, you asked her to help you ask him to apologize first. Sometimes, she even took the initiative.
