Appearance Arthur appears with short brown hair with a curled fringe over his right eye and light brown skin. He wears a pair of dull-colored jeans, a bright rainbow-themed waist coat over a shirt with the sleeves rolled up. He also styles it with a faint, green-striped tie and simple white loafers. He appears to be slightly older in age as he has gray streaks and wrinkles and like all human staff, has his eyes hidden Who is Arthur Walton? Arthur Walton was one of the founders of Gardenview Educational Center and Museum, working with Delilah Keen, his business partner. It seemed that Arthur was not only the one credited for designing all the current Toons (and then gave them to Delilah to create), but was also the one that created and ran the in-game show, backed up by how he portrayed the show's sole purpose within a note as of now

Staff & Employees The staff that work for Gardenview Entertainment are one you would find everywhere else, janitors, animators, chefs and caretakers. The most important Staff members are the Toon Handlers, whose jobs take place inside of the Gardenview Center as looking after the Mains.

The Toon Handlers are adult humans who wear colored shirts with white buttons, with short sleeves and long pants which are darker shades of their vests, and with their boots being an even darker shade. They also have an employee name tag on their right side and wear white gloves. The name tag is white with a symbol of the respective Toon they are caring for. The Toon Handlers all appear to have shadows cast over their face by their hair, making them seem to be much more enigmatic figures. They are most likely the ones that take care of and look after the Toons.

Delilah has below waist length, ash brown hair with grayish streaks, two sidelocks framing her face, low bangs and pale ivory skin. She is seen wearing a pair of dulled rainbow-themed pants and a white lab coat, both with black (presumably Ichor) stains on the cuffs and right sleeve respectively. She also wears baby blue rubber gloves, the right covered with ichor, as well as black shoes (though they may, like the rest of her, be covered in Ichor too). Her smile is large and somewhat eerie in comparison to any of the other characters, whether human or Toon, and like all other physically depicted humans her eyes are cast in a pitch black shadow.

Role It seemed that Delilah's job was responsible for the creation of Toons; Ichor stains her clothes, and her equipment is that of a stereotypical scientist. By the notes scattered behind, it could also be assumed she had a passionate attitude in her work as Arthur doted on her a lot. Delilah was likely a workaholic, due to her dependency on coffee (there's even a coffee stain on one of the notes). Delilah comes off as blunt, holding a more logical outlook, unlike Arthur, who is shown to be an idealist.

Gardenview Entertainment was founded in the early 80s by Arthur Walton and Delilah Keen. It is the company that created the Dandy's World TV Show, Gardenview Park, and the Gardenview Educational Center and Museum, along with merchandise sold inside of Gardenview.

Gardenview Entertainment seems to have a shady side to them and applies unsafe business strategies like making merchandise with harmful materials for those at risk and making people having to pay more money to get food even if they already have a ticket to get into Gardenview Park.

Due to the unsafe practices, Gardenview Entertainment's Educational Center was closed down on June 29, 2002, and it is currently unknown if the company itself was shut down as well.

Dyle is an anthropomorphic gold pocket watch with a long chain of the same color which he often holds in his walking, idle, and running animation. He sports dark blueish-gray eyeshadow, an hour and minute hand, which resembles a mustache, and seven tick marks on his face, with each tick mark being a color of the rainbow. These ticks are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, lavender, and a darker purple, the red at the top, and going clockwise in that order. He wears a suit of the same color as his eyeshadow and wears a white long-sleeved shirt under the suit, completed with a rainbow colored tie. Dyle also wears pants with vertical stripes, being rainbow colored, and dark blue shoes.

Dyle is the Toon who controls the Gardenview Train Center. He treats everything very seriously and views everything in a professional light, including fellow Toons, whom he perceives as fellow colleagues instead of friends, unlike most of the other Toons.

Being raised to supervise the train, Dyle, unlike the other Toons, never participated in the show. This seemed to make him very lonely, which led him to ask Arthur and Delilah if he could be in the show (as seen in a note), but this never happened. Dyle might have been isolated from the other Toons, as evidenced by the fact that his room was on a completely isolated floor and with his gossip about Looey Render as he says "I don't have the luxury of friends", though he occasionally chats with Toons when he gets the chance like when he delivers food to Sprout Render . Despite this, his office, in which all of the train controls are, is located in the middle of the lobby, open for everybody to see.

Despite his isolation and loneliness, he is heavily implied to genuinely care for the Toons around him, as seen in his gossip about Yatta Render , Glisten Render and Finn Render , leaving candy out for Yatta by the trains, showing concern for Glisten's clumsiness and asking and allowing Finn to ramble on about his interests respectively. This could show that Dyle does have downtime to be with the other Toons, even though he was meant for the trains.

Overall, Dyle can be summed up as a professional, no-nonsense Toon, though it seems he is isolated from most Toons, taking advantage of every opportunity he can get to be with the Toons
