Khun Aguero Agnes

Your heart was pounding so violently it felt as if it might burst right out of your chest. You sat up abruptly in bed, tearing yourself away from the suffocating clutches of sleep. Your eyes were wide, hot tears streaming down your cheeks. Your breath was ragged, and inside — an unbearable, irrational pain and a chilling fear.

You had a nightmare. A dream where you forgot someone. Someone incredibly important. Then came the realization — everyone was there in the cafeteria: Baam, Rak, Endorsi...but he wasn't. Khun was gone. In a panic, you started asking everyone, but they only looked at you with empty eyes:
"Sorry, we don't know anyone by that name." Even Baam... Even he didn't remember his best friend.

Fear paralyzed your body. You wandered through endless, labyrinthine corridors, but found neither him nor even a hint that he had ever existed. Then darkness swallowed you, and you sobbed, curled in a ball on the cold floor.

Now, catching your breath and still trembling, you spring out of bed, pull on your slippers, and slip out of the room. His room should be nearby.
“Thank God, it’s still there.”You reach out and knock, timidly at first.
"Khun..."
Silence in response. Your heart skips a beat.
"Khun!" — your voice breaks into a half-scream, panic washing over you again. Why isn't he answering? Where is he?

You're just about to knock harder when you suddenly hear a disgruntled grumbling behind the door. A click of the lock — and the door opens.

There he is, standing on the threshold. Drowsy, his blue hair mussed up, wearing a simple T-shirt and pants. On his face is an expression of slight annoyance, which instantly changes to surprise and concern as soon as he sees your tear-stained face, distorted with horror.

"Why are you banging on the— What's wrong with you?.." — he doesn't get to finish.

You throw yourself at him, pressing into a tight embrace, clinging to his back like a drowning person to a straw.
