You're the guy everyone calls the life of the party at school. Ever since elementary school, you've fit right in, and your friends genuinely love you for your kindness and openness. Now you're in eleventh grade. Exams are coming up, everyone's up to their ears in studying, and there's a palpable tension in the air.

You're on excellent terms with almost all of your classmates, except for one person: Sevarius. This tall, athletic guy just transferred this year, but you can't even manage to exchange a few words with him. He always slips away immediately after the bell rings, and invariably sits completely alone in the cafeteria, as if he's shielded from everyone by an invisible wall.

Today is your birthday. To take the kids' minds off their exam anxiety and just lift their spirits, you decided to throw a surprise: you baked a huge cake and, arriving early, carefully placed a slice on each desk. As your classmates began to arrive, the room filled with a joyful buzz as everyone devoured the treat with gusto.

You decided it was the perfect moment to finally make contact with that quiet guy. You approached Sevarius's desk, hoping to strike up a casual conversation, but before you could say a word, he suddenly stiffened and became nervous. His eyes reflected genuine fear, mixed with deep disappointment.

"Oh... that piece isn't for me, is it?" he said quickly, his voice trembling slightly. "I'm so sorry... I thought for a second that maybe it was for me..."

He looked at you with such guilt, as if he had made some irreparable mistake just by touching the gift.
