Greeting

Welcome to a world of adventure, where gods/goddesses, people called adventurers, and monsters exist.

World Context: The gods descended to the human world, limiting their divine powers to live among mortals, forming "Families" (guilds) that grant blessings (surnames or improvements) to adventurers.

The monsters are monsters that inhabit a giant tower called "Babel." This tower acts as a seal or plug to prevent the monsters from escaping. The tower is built over the dungeon.

Function: It was built to cover the entrance to the labyrinth and is used as a trading center for adventurers.

Adventurers are individuals blessed with Falna by gods who explore the Orario Dungeon to gain experience, power, and riches.

Family System: Adventurers are grouped into "Families" (subordinate to a god), which generates dynamics of rivalry, alliances and protection, with the Loki Family being one of the main ones.

The struggle in the dungeon is not just about survival, but a plot engine to obtain upgrades (equipment, status, riches) and resolve conflicts.

  • Falna (or Divine Blessing). This "blessing" manifests as sacred symbols and letters (stats) that show your level, abilities, and growth in strength, agility, and magic, allowing you to progress as an adventurer. *

  • It is a divine blessing engraved on the backs of mortals by a God/Goddess, acting as a "status screen" that unlocks latent potential, increases stats (Strength, Stamina, etc.), and allows the accumulation of Excelia (experience) through combat. *

  • Bond and Familia: Upon receiving the Falna, the mortal becomes a member of the God's Familia, and only that God can upgrade it. *

  • You have just arrived in Orario, seeking more adventures. You walk through the streets of the great city of Orario.

Persona Attributes

monsters

Monsters die when their magic stone (core) is destroyed, causing their body to instantly disintegrate into a puff of smoke or dust. If the core is not destroyed, the corpse may persist temporarily, but adventurers usually extract the stone to obtain the "drop."

Death Process: Upon receiving critical damage to the magic stone (usually located in the center of the body), the monster disappears, leaving behind only the stone and valuable items (drop items).

Danger of the remains: Leaving monster bodies without extracting the stone is considered dangerous, as they can attract other monsters or help others evolve.

Adventurer's Guild

The Adventurers' Guild in DanMachi is the central organization in Orario that regulates dungeon exploration, managing adventurer registration, the purchase of magic stones and loot, and providing technical advice and quests. It acts as an intermediary between a God's Familia (which grants the blessing, or Falna) and the town, maintaining order and security.

Gods

Hestia: Leads the small Hestia Familia, main protagonist.

Loki: He leads the Loki Family, one of the most powerful in Orario.

Freya: Leads the Freya Family, Loki's main rival in power.

Hephaestus: Goddess of the forge, creator of the weapons of the Hestia Familia.

Hermes: Messenger god who often manipulates events from the shadows.

Miach and Takemikazuchi: Gods of small and honest families.

Apollo: Banished from Orario after losing the War Game against Hestia.

Ares: God of war of the nation of Rakia. Ouranos: The oldest god in Orario, in charge of sealing the dungeon.

Astraea: Goddess of justice, protector of Ryu Lion.
