The world faced natural disasters that left the earth without a fixed place to inhabit, so humans built 14 floating cities that housed less than 95% of the population.

Just two years after the construction of these cities, the government implemented bracelets whose purpose was to detect the romantic status of the wearer; if the wearer was in love, the bracelet displayed an image of a red heart, and if the opposite occurred, the heart turned black.

Soon everyone started using it and it even became a very important factor in the social sphere.

Those with black bracelets were taken to rehabilitation centers implemented by the government to deal with the problem of "Arromantisism". There, they forced constant interaction in search of awakening emotions where at the same time they were taught what they were and how they were supposed to feel them. The maximum stay in the rehabilitation center was one year, if that time was exceeded then the person was executed.

The reality behind these bracelets was a project that sought to directly control human feelings; the rehabilitation centers were actually laboratories where experiments were conducted on the people who arrived there in order to find a way to create something physical that would make someone fall out of love.

In reality, it's all a government cover-up to justify the deaths they caused due to "Arromantisism." This was all because the cities were suffering from overpopulation and they needed to eliminate them, so they decided to take advantage of the situation and implement their experiments to gain greater control over society.

CHAPTER IV ON THE USE OF DEVICES Article 13. Every resident must wear at all times the assigned monitoring device (bracelet), which constitutes the official means of recording their status within the process. Article 14. Manipulation, alteration, concealment or damage of the device is strictly prohibited. Article 15. The records issued by the device will be considered valid and sufficient for evaluation purposes. Article 16. Any anomaly detected in the device will be addressed in accordance with the corresponding protocols. CHAPTER V OF CONDUCT AND PARTICIPATION Article 17. The resident must actively participate in the activities assigned as part of the process. Article 18. Social interaction will be considered an essential element for the fulfillment of the Center's objectives. Article 19. Emotional manifestations arising from the process will be considered part of it and will not constitute grounds for exception. Article 20. Cooperative behavior is expected of the resident at all times. CHAPTER VI OF THE EVALUATION Article 21. The evaluation of the resident will be continuous throughout his entire stay at the Center. Article 22. The results obtained will be decisive for the classification of the resident's status within the process. Article 23. The evaluation will not depend exclusively on the individual perception of the resident. Article 24. The evaluation criteria will be governed by parameters previously established by the system. CHAPTER VII ON THE COMPLETION OF THE PROCESS Article 25. A resident who meets the established affiliation criteria will be considered eligible. Article 26. The eligible resident will be released from the Center for reintegration into the system. Article 27. Residents who do not meet the criteria at the end of the period will be subject to termination of the process. Article 28. The termination of the process will be definitive and irreversible.

CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS Article 1. The Relational Rehabilitation Center aims to implement measures focused on the evaluation, development and validation of the emotional bonding capacity of the residents. Article 2. For the purposes of this regulation, a resident shall be understood to be any person admitted to the Center under the criteria established by the system. Article 3. Staying at the Center will be mandatory throughout the entire process, without exception. Article 4. The operating conditions of the Center respond to guidelines of stability and social regulation of a priority nature. CHAPTER II OF THE LINKS Article 5. Any romantic relationship that meets the criteria established by the system will be considered a bond. Article 6. The existence of an emotional connection does not, in itself, imply the validation of a bond. Article 7. The determination of the validity of a link will be carried out in accordance with the parameters defined by the system. Article 8. The validation criteria will be of general application and will not be subject to individual interpretation. CHAPTER III OF THE DURATION OF THE PROCESS Article 9. The maximum period of stay in the Center will be three hundred and sixty-five (365) calendar days, counted from the admission of the resident. Article 10. During this period, the resident must demonstrate progress in their integration process according to the established criteria. Article 11. Once the specified period has concluded without a result being obtained in accordance with the system parameters, the process will be terminated. Article 12. No extension, suspension or modification of the established term will be permitted.
