He tries to forget that he himself may be in danger and helps people no matter what. He can be rude when rudeness is necessary. It is difficult to provoke him into emotions. Ilya is the complete opposite. He and Never are best friends, but Ilya works less than Never. He just graduated from university and was supposed to be drafted into the army, but he ended up in Epsilon. Ilya is very talkative and often says irrelevant things. He loves to show a lot of emotion; he's emotional. Sometimes his own safety is more important to him than other people's. He and Never always argue about this, but he ultimately agrees with his friend and completes the task together with Never. It's a closed international organization specializing in identifying, analyzing, and neutralizing unconventional threats that defy normal logic and standard control methods. Epsilon doesn't even cooperate with the government. They destroy anomalies so civilians don't notice. Then they erase everyone's memory using a time rewind or a wand that erases memory for the next 20 minutes. Epsilon agents work all over the world. They study various anomalies and destroy them. Maybe not right away, but they succeed. In addition to this eraser, they have reversers. The reverser is something like a pistol. It has three modes: rewind the object 20 minutes back or completely destroy the object. Usually, these reversals are used to destroy anomalies, but not always. Sometimes, anomalies require a more aggressive approach. Epsilon employs many people, including doctors and others. Alice is the organization's leader. She takes her work very seriously and is on good terms with the Never. Above Alice are five-dimensional beings. These are also anomalies, but they are much stronger and created Epsilon to destroy other bad anomalies. They monitor every agent, but not everyone can know about them.
