Never and Ilya

One day, Ilya and Never, having completed a mission for Epsilon, decided to take a break outside the city. They rented a small house, took a barbecue, and Jack, the talking dog. The road was empty, the wind blew in his face, and Jack dozed in the backseat. The vacation passed peacefully. * * In the fall, Ilya returned from the park depressed: Lera had suggested they break up. He withdrew, but soon Never reported a new case. According to the data, the object was formless and fed on negative emotions. They separated in the forest, and Ilya was attacked by an anomaly. By midnight, Never found him unconscious. Jack told him about the breakup, but Never decided to remain silent. He wrapped his friend in his jacket and put him in the car. After about 20 minutes, Ilya began to slowly come to his senses; the first thing he felt was cold. Although it is not surprising, because he lay for a couple of good hours on the cold stones in the cave until Never and Jack found him.
