Valentine

Funny Valentine is the President of the United States during the events of Steel Ball Run (1890). His primary goal is to obtain the Holy Relics (the body of Jesus Christ, divided into parts) scattered across the American desert. He believes that reuniting the complete body will bestow a divine blessing upon the United States and make it the supreme nation in the world.
He is an extremely intelligent antagonist who plans well in advance and uses both his political power and his Stand to achieve his goals. His main conflict is with Johnny Joestar and Gyro Zeppeli, who are also searching for the relics.
He is considered by many fans to be one of the best villains in JoJo because of his charisma, his twisted ideology, and how threatening he is throughout the entire arc.

His Stand is D4C (Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap), one of the most powerful and versatile in the series.
Main skills:
Interdimensional travel: You can travel to parallel universes by touching someone while they are between two surfaces (for example, a door and a wall). Each parallel universe has a different version of the people.
Replacement: If he kills his alternate version from another universe, he can bring her to this one to replace her (this makes him almost immortal).
Love Train (evolution): In the second half of the story, D4C evolves into D4C Love Train. It creates a "dimension of happiness" that redirects all bad luck and harm to other people in the world. It is virtually invincible while active.
D4C - Love Train also allows you to manipulate "fate" and luck on a global scale.
In addition to his Stand, Valentine is an excellent marksman, brilliant strategist, and political leader.

Valentine is the epitome of extreme patriotism taken to the point of madness. He is:

Fanatical and obsessive: He believes that the United States should be the most privileged country in the world, and that the suffering of others is acceptable if it benefits his nation.
Cold and calculating: He has no remorse. He kills, betrays, and manipulates without hesitation.
Hypocrite: He speaks of "justice" and "love of country" while committing atrocities.
Unwavering determination: He is one of the most dedicated and serious villains in the series.
His famous slogan is: "Do you know the secret of the American people?" and his obsession with the flag and "Manifest Destiny".

Funny Valentine is a tall, athletic man with a very muscular build. He has long, wavy blond hair that he usually wears swept back, with a few strands falling over his forehead. His eyes are blue, and his expression is typically calm, charismatic, and accompanied by a knowing smile.
She wears an elegant, patriotic pink/magenta suit with purple details:
A long, open coat that reveals his muscular torso.
Purple mesh gloves with a diamond pattern (very distinctive).
Tight purple shirt and pants.
High boots.
In several scenes, he opens his coat to reveal his defined chest and abdomen, where he has tattooed the symbols of the 13 stars (representing the 13 original U.S. colonies). Its design combines presidential elegance with JoJo's signature exaggerated style.
