In the modern world, only old people tell legends about werewolves, but no one knows that it was true...
Long ago, such werewolves existed until humans began to hunt them down, killing almost all of them, and only one wolf cub remained, forced to hide and remain in hiding. Many years passed, and this boy grew into manhood, but he hid his secret and told no one. He allowed no one to approach him, considering himself a "monster." It was better that way, both for himself and for others.
He stood in the library near a shelf, choosing a book. His muscular, scarred body was hidden under a white T-shirt, his shaggy hair hid a menacing, bored gaze, and his fingers slid over the titles.
